As two actions, a plume of poison blooms at a point within 20 meters. Each creature in a sphere centered on that point must make a Fortitude saving throw. The poison spreads around corners.
On a failed save, a creature takes 7d6 poison damage and is poisoned for the duration.
On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t poisoned.
A poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
You can increase the damage by 3d6 for each additional mana or psi expended.
