Ice Walk. The dragon can move across and climb icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn’t cost it extra moment.

Maneuvers. The young white dragon uses maneuvers (maneuver save DC 15). It has 9 stamina dice which are d8s, a dice limit of 2, regains all expended stamina dice when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total stamina dice (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following maneuvers:

1 stamina die: blood in the water, dive attack, fearsome beast, fountain of blood, knockback (Claw only), spring attack, swipe (Claw only)

2 stamina dice: slashing blades

Spellcasting. The young white dragon is an 8th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). It has 3 mana, a mana limit of 1, regains all expended mana when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total mana (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will): frighten, frostbite, icicle

1 mana: cold snap, cone of cold, fear, ice knife, ice slick, snow storm, winter’s bite

Actions

Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 3 m. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) cold damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 1.5 m. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Cold Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales an icy blast in a 9-meters cone or a 14-meters line that is 1.5 meters wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Fortitude saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
