Maneuvers. The young brass dragon uses maneuvers (maneuver save DC 15). It has 9 stamina dice which are d8s, a dice limit of 2, regains all expended stamina dice when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total stamina dice (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following maneuvers:

Spellcasting. The young brass dragon is an 8th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). It has 3 mana, a mana limit of 1, regains all expended mana when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total mana (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will): cauterize wound, frighten, lullaby, mold sand, produce flame

1 mana: burning hands, command, fear, fiery rebuke, heat metal, immolation, locate water, sand cloud, sandblast, scorching bolts, sleep, slipsand

Actions

Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 3 m. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 1.5 m. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.

Fire Breath. The dragon exhales fire in a 9-meters cone or a 14-meters line that is 1.5 meters wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Reflex saving throw, taking 42 (12d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Sleep Breath. The dragon exhales sleep gas in a 9-meters cone or a 14-meters line that is 1.5 meters wide. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Fortitude saving throw or fall unconscious for 5 minutes. This effect ends for a creature if the creature takes damage or someone uses an action to wake it.
