Spellcasting. The warlock is a 14th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It has 20 mana, a mana limit of 4, regains its mana when it finishes a short or long rest, and knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will): chill touch, guidance, minor illusion, minor telekinesis, prestidigitation, shock

1 mana: dissonant whispers, life drain, shadow tendrils, telekinesis, teleport, winter’s bite

2 mana: bloodlust, clairvoyance, detect thoughts, mind control

3 mana: contact other plane

Whispering Aura. At the start of each of the warlock’s turns, each creature of its choice within 1.5 meters of it must succeed on a DC 15 Will saving throw or take 10 (3d6) psychic damage, provided that the warlock isn’t incapacitated.
