Maneuvers. The thug uses maneuvers (maneuver save DC 12). It has 2 stamina dice which are d8s, a dice limit of 1, regains all expended stamina dice when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total stamina dice when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following maneuvers:
Pack Tactics. The thug has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the thug’s allies is within 1.5 meters of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.

Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 35/185 m. Hit: 5 (1d10) piercing damage.
