It has 1 mana, a mana limit of 1, regains all expended mana when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total mana (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest. It knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will): dune hammer, mold sand, sand spew

1 mana: desiccate, destroy water, locate water, sand body, sand cloud, sand walk, sandblast, slipsand

Vulnerable to Water. For every 8 liters of water that hit a sandling, it is slowed until the end of its next turn. While slowed its speed is halved, it takes a –2 penalty to Defense and Reflex saving throws, and it is staggered.
