Maneuvers. The nilbog uses maneuvers (maneuver save DC 12). It has 1 stamina die which is a d8, regains its stamina die when it finishes a short or long rest, and knows the following maneuvers:

1 stamina die: ambush, bait and switch, distract, nimble, spring attack, uncanny dodge, vault

Nilbogism. Any creature that attempts to damage the nilbog must first succeed on a DC 12 Will saving throw or be charmed until the end of the creature’s next turn. A creature charmed in this way must use its action praising the nilbog. The nilbog can’t regain health, including through magical healing, except through its Reversal of Fortune reaction.

Nimble Escape. On each of its turns, the nilbog can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Spellcasting. The nilbog is a 1st-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). It has 1 mana, a mana limit of 1, regains all expended mana when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total mana (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following spells:

At will: hideous laughter

Cantrips (at will): minor telekinesis, vicious mockery
