Keen Smell. The rat has advantage on Perception checks that rely on smell.
Maneuvers. The giant rat (diseased) uses maneuvers (maneuver save DC 12). It has 2 stamina dice which are d8s, a dice limit of 1, regains all expended stamina dice when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total stamina dice when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following maneuvers:
Pack Tactics. The rat has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the rat’s allies is within 1.5 meters of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 1.5 m. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 10 Fortitude saving throw or contract a disease. Until the disease is cured, the target can’t regain health except by magical means, and the target’s maximum health decreases by 3 (1d6) every 24 hours. If the target’s maximum health drops to 0 as a result of this disease, the target dies.
