It has 17 mana, a mana limit of 3, regains all expended mana when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total mana (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest, and knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will): call object, dissipating touch, mending, sword burst

1 mana: anchored navigation, bound proximity, cloud of daggers, forge armor, grease, make whole, memory of one thousand steps, teleport, transposition

2 mana: avert teleport, blade barrier, concealing amorpha, fabricate, instant summons, locate gate, shelter, trace teleport, upheaval, word of recall
