Ssurran ShamanMedium humanoid (ssurran)
Hold Breath. The ssurran can hold its breath for 15 minutes.
Spellcasting (Ssurran form only). The ssurran shaman uses Primal (Cha) to cast spells (spell save DC 9, +1 to hit with spell attacks). It has 5 mana, a mana limit of 1, regains all expended mana when it finishes a long rest and regains half its total mana (rounded up) when it finishes a short rest. It knows the following spells:
Bite (1/turn). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 1 m. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, or 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage in crocodile form. If the ssurran is in crocodile form and the target is a Large or smaller creature, the target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the ssurran can’t bite another target. If the ssurran reverts to its true form, the grapple ends.
Claws (Ssurran form only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 1 m. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.
Change Shape (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). The ssurran magically polymorphs into a crocodile, remaining in that form for up to 1 hour. It can revert to its true form on its turn (no action required). Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
No concoctions, maneuvers, or spells
All creatures in this system should have maneuvers or spells. You should add some maneuvers or spells to this creature. If you do so, please make a suggestion on github so I can finish adding maneuvers and spells to all creatures via https://github.com/mlenser/kryx-rpg-issues/issues/9
